I started working on the "Women Doing Things" series when my friend begged me to make a coloring book for her daughter. She was sick of seeing so many princess themed coloring books, so I started drawing images of women loosely based on the women I admire and I personally know.
Three years later, I finally got myself out of my comfort zone/daily habit, and made a coloring calendar this year. I plan to keep the series going to share positive images of women with our young girls.
